On your server

Snapshots, Versions, groups, migrations, restores, deployments and exported packages are written to your own server:
Blueprints does not send any of it anywhere on its own. This directory is not inside the addon folders, so updating or uninstalling Blueprints does not touch it. See Updating.

The one exception: Remote Deploy

When, and only when, you use Remote Deploy, the package you selected is uploaded to and stored on the Vetra service, together with a record of that deployment.
Nothing else about your server is sent. Not your player list, not your addon list, not your configuration files, not the contents of your world beyond the Version you chose to deploy. If you never use Remote Deploy, nothing you build ever leaves your machine.

Retention

We keep those packages. Redeploying an older Version and rolling back are the same operation and both need the original bytes, and a support question about what you deployed is only answerable while the package still exists. So packages your deployment history references are retained, and we do not delete them on a schedule. Uploads that were started and never completed are cleaned up. If you want a stored package removed, ask.

What activation sends

Activation sends your GmodStore account id (which is in the file you downloaded), your purchase reference, a server name, and an identifier generated locally for this installation. It does not send your player list, your addon list, your configuration files, or the contents of your server.

Packages are yours

An exported package is a plain file. You can keep it, move it, back it up, or archive it, independently of Blueprints and independently of Vetra. It does not expire, it does not call home, and any Vetra installation can read it. That is deliberate, and it is what makes the commitment in Service availability meaningful.
